planning and building control advice

Do you need planning permission? Or building regulations approval?

A great resource to help you find out is the LABC (Local Authority Building Control) 'Frontdoor' website which can be accessed by clicking the button below. Frontdoor offers practical advice about building control and planning permission requirements  for various projects. Even if your project doesn't need planning permission, you probably will need building regulations approval.

"As soon as the work started on our project Ben and Adam were very accommodating to our needs. We were working on a tight schedule and nothing was any trouble to them.

Always clean and tidy, it showed they took great pride in their work. When design plans changed occasionally , they were their to advise and work out the best possible way to achieve what we really wanted.

We are so happy with the attention to detail and the finish and would highly recommend Ben and Adam for any project, big or small."
