CLIFF HOUSE
Designed by Western Design Architects, this comprehensive renovation of a 1900’s seaside villa comprised a three storey glazed rear extension, offering stunning sea views to rooms on the east elevation, internal alterations and full fit-out
throughout. The extensive aluminium glazing gives a contemporary aesthetic to the house whilst the careful retention & enhancement of many original features nods to its past.
Externall works included paving, landscaping and bespoke entrance gates to the front of the property. To the rear we installed terraced, paved & illuminated, steps leading down to a full width decking and a frameless glass balustrade.
