WHO WE ARE

The company was founded in 2014 by City & Guilds accredited carpenter, Adam Campbell, and Ben Clarke, BSc (Hons) Project Management for Construction.

In 2019, City & Guilds accredited bricklayer/stonemason, Robert Lovelass, joined the team of directors. Adam's keen eye for finishing detail, Ben's passion for civils and groundworks, and Robert's knowledge of core construction methods brings together a wealth of skill that represents 50 years of combined experience.

Matching an unrelenting commitment to quality with investment in highly skilled people, Campbell Clarke Construction has quickly gained a reputation for outstanding projects throughout the Isle of Purbeck and its surrounding areas.

WHAT WE DO

We specialise in extensions, new builds and refurbishments, across the Isle of Purbeck and beyond. Our portfolio spans a wide range of projects in traditional and modern construction styles within both the residential and commercial sectors.

Members of the Federation of Master Builders since 2018, our approach is highly professional, collaborative and hands on. Based in Wareham, at the heart of Purbeck, all of our sites are within 30 minutes of our office and yard.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Every project is delivered by our experienced, hands-on director team. While each director brings a specific area of expertise, all projects are collectively site managed by the directors throughout the build. This ensures consistent oversight & shared responsibility.

ON SITE

All Campbell Clarke sites are headed up by one of our directors who will lead and guide the project, working closely with a consistent team of skilled tradespeople to guarantee shared commitment to our exacting standards and work ethic.

QUALITY AND DETAIL

All of our projects are defined by meticulous attention to detail, exemplary craftsmanship and an impeccable finish. We work with the best suppliers and trades in the area to ensure the finer details and critical finishing touches are delivered seamlessly.

Once a property is complete, we are committed to providing a comprehensive service that facilitates the effortless transition from our finished project to your perfect home.

“We engaged Campbell Clarke for our project having previously admired their work over a number of months on a near neighbour’s property. Our project was a 10 month build through some pretty challenging weather, but throughout they were a pleasure to work with – they turned up nearly every day, the site was always tidy, the staff were quiet and polite and we never had a cross word! The mix of “new build” and the old stone walls with no cavity presented some serious challenges with the floor slab, lime mortar and insulation, but they took it in their stride and the finish is of the highest standard. Throughout Ben, Adam and Robert kept us fully updated with progress throughout the build, and their knowledge of local tradesmen was invaluable. Just as important to us was the support from the office staff led by Ali with her fortnightly spread sheet of progress and costs.
